MEETING ROOM RESERVATION APPLICATION

For Commissions, Constituency Groups, and Other Regional Groups

Six meeting rooms are available. Each room will be set up with tables
and chairs in classroom format that can accommodate from 20 to 40 persons.

These rooms do not have installed AV equipment or screens. 
You are welcome to bring a computer/projector for your meeting, if desired.

After use, hosts are required to leave the rooms clean with the chairs
and tables organized as you found them.

Room assignments are first come first served! Please reserve you room as soon as possible.

Exhibit Table Reservation Application

For Commissions, Constituency Groups, Sponsors and Vendors

YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE WILL BE CONFIRMED BY – October 8, 2018

Approximately thirteen exhibit tables are available for the Regional Assembly.

Note: Assembly program sponsors and advertisers are given priority to exhibit tables located in the Entrance Hall where registration is held. The other tables, located Chapel Corridor which on the route between the sanctuary entrance and banquet hall, are first come, first served.

Each 8’ table will come with a plain covering, basic skirt, and chair(s).  If you require any other service for your exhibit (or prefer to have an exhibit space without a table), please indicate your need on the application.

Exhibit tables will be available for setup at noon on Friday the 12th.  Assembly Registration will open at 1 p.m. The first scheduled activity is at 4 p.m. 

Exhibit tables will not be separately secured overnight on Friday, but the building will be secured and the area patrolled. You are responsible for items at your exhibitor space at all times.  The Assembly will conclude by 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 13th.  You are expected to remove your display by 6 p.m. on Saturday.
